All elements are resized at about 50-60%

open a new file 630x540. Open the frame and place it in the middle. Open the paper and place it in the middle of the frame. Open the furballs and create a round ball around the frame. Open the Doodle and place it in the left side of the frame. Open the 2 flowers and place them in the basi of the Doodle. Open the bow and place it on the light blue side of the Doodle. Open the bottum and place it on the right side of the frame. Open the heart string and place it under the buttom. Open the pin and place it on the right side of the frame. Open the cupacake and place it on the right side of the frame, next to the base. Open the word art and rotate it a little. Than place it on the base. After these, open the tube and place it in the middle of the frame. For the text I used a black color and some black drop shadow. :)
